Description

The wild rabbit is placed on a cup with garlic, pepper, bay leaf and a nice red wine and left to marinate for a day. On the next day you add it to the braising with olive oil, onion, lard and tomatoes. This dish was among the 21 Wonders of Portuguese Gastronomy in 2011.
